Applying noise reduction, editing out extraneous noises (clicks, pops, heavy breaths etc), balancing soft and loud takes and finally ‘mastering’ the separate audio files to audio book ACX standards, making sure the Format, Loudness, Peak Values, Noise Floor, File Structure and Consistency comply with the ACX audio requirements.
